We are home to innovators, dreamers, and doers - and we are always looking for passionate people to join us and shape the future together.Your Main MissionsCollaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, clarify, and manage business requirements.Analyze and evaluate current business processes; identify issues, improvement opportunities, and propose solutions aligned with business objectives.Prepare business analysis and requirement specification documents, including BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, BPMN diagrams, Workflows, Mockups/Wireframes, and other related documentation.Work closely with Development, QA, and Project Management teams to ensure requirements are accurately and effectively implemented.Participate in impact analysis, requirement change management, and support issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct functional validation, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.Assist in preparing user manuals, conducting user training sessions, and supporting system handover activities when required.Proactively recommend solutions and improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.Job RequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.Proven experience working on software development, digital transformation, or enterprise system implementation projects.Strong skills in requirements gathering, business analysis, and requirement management.Hands-on experience in preparing business and functional specification documents, as well as business process modeling.Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, Visio, Figma, or equivalent tools.Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work independently.
