Business Analyst

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.2+ years of experience in business analysis, retail analytics, commercial reporting, finance support, or a related analytical role.Strong Excel and data management skills; experience with dashboards, reporting tools (Sigma, Tableau), or analytics platforms preferred.Ability to validate, reconcile, and manage recurring business data with strong attention to detail.Experience working with retail, wholesale, partner, e-commerce, or consumer business data preferred.Comfort preparing performance reports, identifying trends, and summarizing insights for business stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring monthly and quarterly deliverables.Clear communication skills, including the ability to flag risks, ask the right questions, and explain findings simply.Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and support multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Bias toward accuracy, follow-through, and practical business impact.
