You'll confidently bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams — gathering and documenting requirements, analysing existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating business needs into clear functional requirements. A key focus is supporting the implementation and integration of an e-commerce platform with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
