Business Analyst

A leading global specialty insurer, is hiring a Business Analyst to join their IT team and help deliver a major digital transformation programme — building a new underwriting workbench to modernise workflows and drive automation.You'll be the key link between business stakeholders and tech teams, owning requirements from discovery through to delivery.You'll:Gather and document business requirements (use cases, wireframes, workflow diagrams)Assess feasibility and trade-offs with developers and architectsSupport integration design with data engineers and third-party vendorsPresent solutions across the businessSupport testing and change adoptionYou'll need:A good number of years of experience as a Business AnalystExperience in insurance, ideally with underwriting platforms/policy admin systemsStrong grasp of insurance processes and policy lifecycleExperience with Agile/Scrum/Waterfall
