Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and delivery teams by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive successful outcomes. You will partner with teams across Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Product, Technology, and Data to ensure initiatives are properly scoped, documented, and positioned for successful execution.What You'll DoLead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across the organization to translate business goals into clear and actionable requirements.Develop and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned with business objectives and delivery outcomes.Support project scoping activities by defining assumptions, dependencies, risks, boundaries, and resource requirements.Conduct feasibility assessments in collaboration with Product, Technology, and Data teams.Analyze current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend future-state solutions.Document workflow and process changes arising from strategic initiatives and transformation projects.Facilitate stakeholder discussions, requirements reviews, and alignment sessions across multiple functions.Monitor and manage scope changes, conflicting requirements, and unresolved business decisions.Support portfolio reporting, initiative tracking, risk management, and leadership reporting activities.Maintain documentation standards, templates, and governance practices for requirements management.Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess outcomes and identify continuous improvement opportunities.What We're Looking For3 to 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project Management, or a related field.Strong experience eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements.Proven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured and actionable solutions.Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities across functions.Knowledge of business process mapping methodologies and workflow documentation.Familiarity with Agile delivery environments, including user stories, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.High attention to detail with the ability to identify risks, assumptions, and process gaps.Experience within loyalty, digital, fintech, e-commerce, or related industries is an advantage.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Our Core ValuesAt DAVI, we are guided by three core values:Entrepreneurial Mindset – Growth-oriented, customer-focused, and driven to innovate.Stewardship – Takes ownership, protects resources, and promotes sustainable decisions.Integrity – Acts with honesty, fairness, and a commitment to doing what is right.About Data Analytics Ventures Inc.
