Business Analyst

Required Skills & Experience8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a life sciences, pharmaceutical, or scientific R&D environment.Familiarity with laboratory instruments and equipment data — exposure to plate readers, Raman spectroscopy, cell counters, or similar analytical instruments is highly desirable.Strong track record in data mapping, business analysis, and requirements documentation practices.Ability to interpret raw scientific/instrument data outputs and translate them into structured business logic.Experience working with data governance, data quality, or data architecture teams in a large enterprise setting.Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging both scientific/technical SMEs and senior business/data stakeholders.Excellent documentation skills — data dictionaries, business glossaries, process/data flow diagrams, mapping specifications.Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for Agile delivery — backlog, user stories, sprint tracking.Understanding of pharma R&D processes
