The role involves analyzing business data, identifying trends, developing actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across different business functions.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.Develop reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking for business teams.Translate business requirements into data-driven analytical solutions.Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide actionable recommendations.Support forecasting, performance analysis, and business planning.Work with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Technology.Clean, validate, and organize datasets to maintain data accuracy.Present analytical findings and insights to business stakeholders.Identify opportunities to improve business processes and performance.Required SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Understanding of business analytics, KPIs, and performance metrics.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.Knowledge of SQL is preferred.Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is a plus.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.Preferred Educational BackgroundCandidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:Business AnalyticsData AnalyticsBusiness AdministrationEconomicsFinanceStatisticsMathematicsComputer ScienceInformation SystemsOr related fieldsare encouraged to apply.
