Business Analyst

Business Analyst required for a fast-paced and evolving global events management company who have a progressive and friendly working culture. This Business Analyst role requires someone with strong change management / process management experience and you will join as a valued member of a small team.A major part of the role will be collaboration, so you will need to be an outgoing communicator who is capable of working with both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders. You’ll have the backing of a positive and supportive management team, in a diverse and inclusive culture which focuses on taking care of the wellbeing of their staff, as well as providing great work challenges and career progression. You will be writing user stories for the dev team, so prior experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar position writing user stories is a hard requirement, although you do not need to be hugely technical.This is a hybrid BA role, based within the Brighton & Hove area 3-days per week (flexible days) and is very close to a train station. Local candidates are sought, so either those from Brighton & Hove or within a short train ride away – please do not apply if you are based in London!
