This role is focused on helping business leaders understand commercial performance across global partner and wholesale markets by transforming data into actionable insights and recommendations.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to connect data trends to real business performance. This person will work closely with internal business stakeholders to validate partner data, identify opportunities and risks, and tell a clear performance story through reporting and dashboards.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze global partner store performance and provide insights on business trends, opportunities, and challenges.Validate and reconcile sales and performance data received from international partner organizations before it is incorporated into reporting systems.Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and recurring performance analyses using Excel and BI tools.Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews for leadership and key stakeholders.Identify data quality issues, reporting gaps, and opportunities for business improvement.Partner closely with the Stores Excellence team and other business leaders to help drive commercial performance and operational improvements.Support ad hoc analyses and special projects as business needs arise.Compensation:$26/hr to $35/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
