You’ll own the accuracy and design of reporting for your accounts, turn monthly and quarterly reviews into genuine strategic conversations, and use AI and automation to take the manual work out of reporting with the technical skills to fix it when something breaks. If you’re happiest when you’ve caught a problem early, sharpened a decision, or replaced a manual process with a smarter one, you’ll fit right in.What you’ll doRead, analyze, and interpret recruitment and delivery data to deliver proactive, practical insights — moving beyond “what happened” to “why” and “what’s next.”Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews built on the real story of each period, benchmarked against prior periods and trends, rather than a fixed template.Spot variances, anomalies, and emerging risks early, and raise clear red flags to the right people before they become problems.Own end-to-end reporting for your delivery group, including operational reports, performance summaries, SLA and KPI reporting, and ad hoc requests.Author and continuously improve reporting SOPs, and design the quality checks that keep critical reports accurate.Build and maintain automated reporting using AI-assisted tools and scripting — and diagnose and fix the automation, including Python workflows, when it breaks.Work within AI-powered analytics and dashboards, and build custom views as business needs evolve.Partner with delivery, operations, and finance teams, and share insights clearly with senior leaders. What you’ll bringStrong business sense — you can translate data into decisions, not just dashboards.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, insight-first mindset.Advanced Excel and Power Query.Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform — Power BI, DAX, and SQL.Python for automation, debugging, and maintaining reporting pipelines.Experience creating reports and dashboards and turning them into recommended actions for the business or client. The ability to read, design, and improve SOPs and quality controls.Excellent written and verbal communication, and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.Requirements3–8 years of overall professional experience.Willingness to work in US shifts.Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, DAX, and Python automation.Nice to haveExperience in RPO, staffing, HR services, or professional services reporting.A track record of presenting business reviews to clients or leadership.Familiarity with AI tools for analysis, automation, and quality assurance.Exposure to demand, supply, or financial forecasting and benchmarking.
