Business Analyst

Medcare MSO is a leading USA-based Healthcare IT and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company, dedicated to helping healthcare providers optimize their revenue streams. As we continue to expand our digital presence, we are looking for a Business Analyst.Position: Business AnalystShift Timing: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PMLocation: MM Alam Road, Lahore (Onsite)What You'll DoUnderstand and document business requirements.Conduct research and analyze business needs.Assist in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and documentation.Coordinate with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders.Create basic flowcharts, mockups, and process documentation.Participate in meetings and translate discussions into clear requirements.Assist with testing/UAT and ensure requirements are properly addressed.Research healthcare and technology trends to support product improvements.Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems.What We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.06 months to 1 year of experience (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).Research/project work is mandatory for fresh graduates.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Strong research and documentation skills.Basic understanding of software development and business processes.Eagerness to learn and build a career in Business Analysis.Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.Healthcare IT, EHR, SQL, UML, or software development knowledge would be a plus, but is not mandatory for fresh graduates.Why Join Us?This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in Business Analysis, Software Development, and Healthcare IT while working with experienced Product and Development teams.
