Business Analyst

· Minimum 10 years of overall experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain.· Strong experience working with US Life Insurance products, including:o Term Life Insuranceo Whole Life Insuranceo Universal Life Insuranceo Variable Universal Life Insuranceo Annuities and related protection products· Strong understanding of Life Insurance policy lifecycle, underwriting, policy administration, claims, billing, and servicing processes.· Deep actuarial domain knowledge with the ability to understand and interpret actuarial calculations, assumptions, and reporting requirements.Technical & Analytical Skills· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:o VLOOKUP/XLOOKUPo INDEX-MATCHo Pivot Tableso Conditional Functionso Advanced Formulas and Data Analysiso Data Validation and Reconciliation· Experience performing data analysis and business rule validation using large datasets.· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
