Business Analyst

Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst with 4–5 years of experience in the Banking domain, specifically in Risk & Compliance (GRC). The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring effective implementation and optimization of GRC processes.Shift Timing: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM ISTKey ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements; prepare BRD and FSD documents.Work extensively on GRC Foundation Library, Operational Risk Management, Risk Events Management, Issues Management, and Compliance Management.Design and develop use cases and test case scenarios to support business and QA teams.Conduct Compliance Testing, Control Setup, and manage Unified Control Library and Unified Compliance Framework.Support Operational Risk Management initiatives and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.Work with MetricStream GRC products such as ISM, Loss Events, Risk Assessment, etc.Perform system analysis and ensure smooth integration of business processes with GRC tools.Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Support Lead Business Analysts in strategic planning, and documentation reviews.Required Skills & Experience4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking domain.Should have worked on MetricStream GRC products for at least 2years.Strong understanding of Risk & Compliance (GRC) frameworks and tools.Proficiency in preparing BRD, FSD, and test documentation.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and manage tasks within the assigned shift.
