Business Analyst

A growing organization is seeking a Business Analyst on a direct hire basis. In this role, you will gather and translate business requirements, support functional design, troubleshoot system issues, and help drive cross-functional technology projects from requirements through implementation and UAT. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking directly with stakeholders and understands core accounting concepts, financial processes, and the close cycle. This is a hybrid opportunity with competitive pay and great benefits.***Hybrid opportunity located in Boston*** Requirements:5+ years of Business/Systems Analyst experience supporting Finance or Accounting systems.Strong understanding of accounting/finance fundamentals, including GL, sub-ledgers, financial close, and reporting.Hands-on functional experience with Oracle Financials ERPExperience gathering requirements, writing functional specifications, process mapping, and supporting SIT/UAT.Preference: Fusion Cloud, Oracle EPM/EPBCS, and integrations.
