Business Analyst

This Business Analyst is a financial analyst who provides insights of various real estate markets by assisting the Manager for Business Development in undertaking feasibility studies, conducting primary and secondary market research and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed financial models for real estate projects, including pro forma financial statements, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analyses. Perform feasibility studies and investment analysis for potential acquisitions, developments, and joint ventures.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, investment opportunities, and competitive landscape in the real estate sector. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather and analyze data for due diligence purposes, including site visits, financial audits, and market assessments.Gather data on comparable properties, market trends, and economic factors that influence pricing decisions. Analyze historical data and market trends to forecast future pricing movements and make informed decisions.Understanding of various real estate valuation methodologies and their application on relevant asset classes. Utilize various data sources, including market reports, property databases, public records, and industry publications, to inform valuation efforts.Collect, clean, and organize real estate market data, property data, and other relevant datasets, to identify insights and trends.Assist in the preparation of business plans, investment proposals, and presentation materials for senior management and stakeholders.Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, asset management, legal, and finance to align on project goals and execution strategies. Contribute to team discussions and strategy sessions with data-driven insights and recommendations.Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management.
