Apply & track with Apply EdgeRequired certificates:At least 1 certificate among:• Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™ (CCBA) or equivalent• Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent• or equivalent certifications recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the ContractingAuthority)Knowledge and skills:01] Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the software solution[02] Knowledge in business processes modelling using BPMN notation,[03] Knowledge in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis,[04] Knows analysis/modelling notations like UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data modeletc.)[05] Is proficient in using modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others[06] Presents excellent analytical and communication skills[07] Holds ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively[08] Presents problem solving skillsSpecific requirements:1] Had role of the BA for a large-scale project (above 1 year duration and over €1M budget) of deployment enterprise resource planning system[2] Experienced in analysis of the following business processes: Logistics, Warehouse Management, Asset Management, Fleet Management, Financial Management, Legal, HR, Project Management[3] Experienced in business analysis considering capabilities of the Microsoft technologies: SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse.[4] Experienced in business analysis considering capabilities of the Service Now platform (custom applications and standard Service Now modules): Enterprise Assets Management, Strategic Porfolio Management, Customer Service Management (in on-prem and clould set-up)Typical tasks and responsibilities:Models and documents value chain/streams, business processes, roles, capabilities and data.- Elicits and analyses business needs, requirements and user stories,- Supports business experts and product owners during definition of requirements and software development- Maintains and tracks requirements/user stories in systems lifecycle- Transfers business, users and technical needs into business requirements specification,- Maps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, system features- Analyses available systems- Supports identification of options for potential solutions- Supports preparation of business cases and feasibility studies- Contributes to systems design, testing, quality assurance, change management.- Responsible for designing, validating, and testing business processes for achieving business process excellence- Responsible for taking a holistic approach in the planning and managing of a programmes for continuous improvements of business processes- Responsible for coaching Frontex staff on upcoming changes, ensuring that a plan is in place to teach new skills and/or process changes- Collaborates with owners of end-to-end processes to continually seek out process improvements- Identifies opportunities for business process improvement leading to improved customer service, lower costs, or higher revenue (effectiveness and efficiency gains)- Communicates project objectives, business case, requirements, and scope to all stakeholders, in order to better provide rapid responses to business needs- Quantitatively analyses business processes, performing cost-benefit and what-if analysis- Plans organizational changes process- Implements performance monitoring systems for business processes- Supports business users in developing strategic and tactical plans (e.g. sector strategies, implementation plans etc.)- Supports definition of transition roadmaps for business architectures
