Business Analyst – Client Services – Buy-SideLocation: London – HybridSalary: Up to £95,000 per annum + benefitsOur client, a leading investment management organisation, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Client Services team on a permanent basis. This role will play a key part in driving strategic client change initiatives.You will have the opportunity to review and optimise CRM processes, delivering improvements across systems, processes and data in line with Client Services objectives.Key Requirements:5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within the buy-side.Strong data analysis skills using SQL, with experience working with investment data.CRM experience with Dynamics or a similar platform.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Important:The client is unable to provide sponsorship for this role.
