Business Analyst

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Analyst Fresher with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to support business and technology projects. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to gather requirements, document processes, analyze data, and support project delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements.Collaborate with Developers, QA, Product Owners, and Project Managers.Support UAT, test scenarios, issue tracking, and requirement validation.Perform basic data analysis using Excel and SQL.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project meetings.Maintain requirement, process, and project documentation.Identify process gaps and assist with process improvement initiatives. Must HaveBachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication.Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum.Good working knowledge of MS Excel.Strong documentation and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Willingness to work in US Eastern Time (ET) hours.
