🚨 Business Analyst – PAM / BA Documentation / JIRA📍 Locations: Pune / Bangalore💼 Experience: 5+ Years🎯 Role: Business Analyst – Privileged Access Management (PAM) / Documentation / JIRA🔹 Required Skills & Experience• 5+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience, preferably in large organizations• Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements• Knowledge/experience in Cybersecurity, particularly Privileged Access Management (PAM)• Experience in the Banking / Financial Services industry, with exposure to IT solutions, business processes, and IT Security• Strong documentation and process-mapping skills• Experience with JIRA and Confluence• Strong stakeholder management and enterprise-level communication skills• Experience creating materials for knowledge-sharing sessions and information sessions• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work on complex end-to-end processes• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills• Ability to collaborate effectively with both onsite and offshore/distributed teams🔹 Key ObjectiveAs part of the PAM for SaaS Project team, your primary goal will be to collect, analyze, and document business requirements that will support the Solution Architecture and successful delivery of the project.
