Deloitte Technology Fast 500™ ranked AiDASH No. 12 in the San Francisco Bay Area and No. 59 overall in their selection of the top 500 for 2024.Join us in Securing Tomorrow Together!The RoleWe are looking for a business analyst to join the customer success team, developing and applying analytical models that help clients derive business value and save millions of dollars in operating expenses through AiDash products/platforms.How you’ll make an impact:Work closely with our clients and Engagement Managers to understand the core business problems that need to be solvedIndependently work with the R&D team to break down the business problems into structured elements that AI can solveApply advanced analytical techniques and data-driven insights to guide clients and internal teams in making informed, high-impact decisionsSynthesize complex findings into clear, compelling presentations that highlight insights, strategic recommendations, and the business value of AiDASH productsContinuously explore innovative approaches to problem-solving, driving efficiency and impactWhat’re we looking for:Bachelor's in an analytical/technical discipline from a top-tier/tier-1 institution such as IIT, NIT, BITS, etc.1-3 years of work experience in the business analytics domainAbility to work independently and deliver projects on timeProficiency in business analytics tools such as Python/SQL/Excel would be a plusPrevious experience working with AI/ML models is preferable.Strong communication skills.We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
