Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTIONSeeking a Digital Business Analyst II to support data management, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives within a lab and operations environment. The role will focus heavily on data migration, data governance, Power BI reporting, Power Apps development, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Strong communication and autonomy are more important than deep technical expertise. • Lead and support enterprise data management initiatives • Coordinate data migration efforts across SharePoint, file shares, and local lab systems • Ensure data is properly labeled and compliant with governance policies • Prepare data for future AI and analytics initiatives • Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI • Build and improve business applications using Power Apps • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into solutions • Deliver end-user training and promote digital tool adoption Drive process improvements and identify efficiency opportunitiesREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE• 2-4+ years of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Digital Analyst experience • Power BI reporting and dashboard development • Experience gathering requirements and working directly with stakeholders • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Experience with SharePoint and data/file management • Ability to work independently and drive projects forwardNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE• Power Apps • Power Automate • Data migration experience • Data governance or information management experience • Azure DevOps (ADO) • Basic coding or scripting knowledge Experience supporting AI, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
