Business AnalystSalary: £45,000 – £50,000 + BenefitsWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a leading professional services organisation, supporting major public sector transformation programmes.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse and document business requirements.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements.Produce business process models, user stories, requirements specifications and supporting documentation.Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Work closely with technical, delivery and architecture teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.Support Agile delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.Assist with testing, validation and implementation activities.Manage requirements traceability and support change management.Experience RequiredProven experience working as a Business Analyst within complex transformation programmes.Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong business process modelling and analysis capability.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Experience working with technical and delivery teams.Public sector or large enterprise experience would be advantageous.
