In this role, you will work directly with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements, ensuring complex business needs are accurately translated into clear, testable product specifications from kickoff through user acceptance.What you'll do:Elicit requirements through structured stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document analysisWrite clear, high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteriaMap current-state and future-state business processes using industry standards (BPMN)Act as the core bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teamsMaintain requirement traceability matrices and manage incoming change requestsValidate delivered features against agreed requirements and lead UAT planning and executionProduce clear project and system documentation in both Arabic and EnglishWhat you'll bring:3+ years of experience as a hands-on Business Analyst within enterprise or large-scale IT environmentsProven track record drafting comprehensive BRDs, functional specs, and process workflowsArabic speaker with professional written and spoken English skillsStrong stakeholder management, facilitation, and interviewing capabilitiesImmediate availability in Riyadh for on-site executionBonus points: Experience with Agile frameworks (Jira/Confluence), background delivering IT projects within Saudi Arabia, and a Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or Engineering
