Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at XMDI, you will serve as a bridge between management, departmental leads, and operational teams. You will analyze business operations across our varied business lines—identifying opportunities for efficiency, structuring departmental workflows, evaluating financial and operational performance, and developing actionable recommendations to support long-term corporate growth.Job Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements Business Process Documentation (BPD): Create, maintain, and update comprehensive process flowcharts and visual workflows to document operational procedures and streamline cross-functional activities. Functional Requirements Document (FRD): Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, outlining exact system behaviors, date validation rules, form customizations, and workflow logic. System Requirements Specification (SRS): Prepare technical SDS documentation detailing technical specifications, basic scripting parameters (SuiteScript / Google Apps Script), data mapping rules, and database structural requirements. Develop and maintain simple automation scripts, workflows, and form customizations within Oracle NetSuite or other approved platforms. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or management consultant.Proven experience working in a multi-industry or diversified corporate environment is preferred.Strong proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and project management methodologies.Advanced skills in MS Excel, task management tools, and reporting/visualization platforms.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting structured insights to executive leadership.Strong problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail and adaptability.Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly to project sites, provincial malls, and regional company locations outside Metro Manila.
