Business Analyst

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Corporate Banking domain expertise and exposure to AI/ML-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering and translating banking requirements into innovative AI/ML-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, risk management, and decision-making processes.The candidate should possess deep knowledge of corporate banking products, processes, and regulatory frameworks, along with the ability to work on data-driven transformation projects.Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Corporate Banking stakeholders.Work on AI/ML, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives within the banking domain.Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.Collaborate with business, technology, and data teams to ensure successful solution delivery.Support UAT, stakeholder management, and project implementation activities.Required Skills:7-10 years of Business Analysis experience.Strong experience in Corporate Banking (Lending, Trade Finance, Cash Management, Payments, etc.).Exposure to AI/ML, Data Analytics, or Intelligent Automation projects.Expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
