Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate technical proficiency and apply industry best practices when supporting AI-related initiatives and project deliveryo Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and support opportunities for AI adoption across business processes and functions.o Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications for AI-related solutions.o Support the planning and delivery of AI initiatives by developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and risk assessments.o Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and expected outcomes.o Monitor, assess, and report on the performance and effectiveness of implemented AI solutions, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.o Evaluate and support the integration of GenAI capabilities — including LLMs, AI-assisted workflows, and prompt engineering — into data science products and enterprise platformso Support the responsible adoption of GenAI within Client and risk frameworks, ensuring ethical use, explainability, and auditability of AI-powered featureso Prepare analysis, reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making and project delivery.o Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time in support of business objectives.
• Be an effective communicator and collaborative partnero Collaborate effectively with DAE’s Production Engineering (PE) and Data Science (DS) teams to deliver enterprise data science platforms (EDSPs) and enterprise grade data science productso Work with DS and PE teams to scope, pilot, and scale GenAI-powered product features, translating business needs into AI product requirements and success metricso Interface with assigned Client business groups, and support them in identifying opportunities to deliver additional business value through data science productso Identify and surface GenAI use case opportunities within assigned business groups, facilitating structured discovery sessions to assess feasibility, impact, and readinessWhat we are looking for
• Qualifications & Experienceo Bachelor's degree, professional qualification, or equivalent demonstrated competencies in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.o Experience in business analysis, project delivery, digital transformation, data analytics, AI-related initiatives, or other relevant domains will be advantageous. Candidates with transferable experience and relevant competencies are encouraged to apply.
