Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team in Kuwait. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong research background who enjoys bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will play a key role in defining product requirements, conducting market intelligence, and ensuring the quality of our digital offerings.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate complex business needs into clear technical specifications for the product and engineering teamsConduct in-depth research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark competitor featuresDesign and execute comprehensive QA processes to ensure data accuracy and a seamless user experience for all new feature releasesDevelop and maintain high-quality product documentation, including user manuals, feature guides, and internal release notesCreate compelling presentations for internal leadership, sales teams, and clients to communicate product value and roadmapsPartner closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Technology teams throughout the entire development lifecycleAnalyze HR metrics and data to provide actionable insights that support future product planning and roadmap development.Candidate Requirements1–2 years of experience in business analysis, product support, or a related analytical roleFull professional proficiency in both English and Arabic (Bilingual is a must)Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearlyStrong research capabilities and a detail-oriented approach to comparative analysisA proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
