Ltd. is looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. If you have a strong understanding of software development processes and experience working in an IT company, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities* Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from clients.* Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear functional specifications.* Prepare Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories, process flows, and other project documentation.* Act as a liaison between clients and the development team to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.* Coordinate with Project Managers, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.* Analyze business processes and recommend technology-driven solutions.* Participate in project planning, sprint meetings, UAT, and change management activities.* Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT/Software Development company is mandatory.* Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software development processes.* Experience in preparing SRS, BRD, user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams.* Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.* Proficiency in documentation and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Confluence, or similar platforms.* Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
