While Shri Mahavir Ferro Alloys Private Limited is the parent/group company, all recruitment, employment, payroll, and related HR processes for this role will be managed by Envirocare Infrasolution Private Limited.Business Analyst – ManagerExperience: 0–2 yearsWe are looking for a data-driven Business Analyst – Manager to support MIS, business analytics, cost monitoring, project tracking, financial modelling, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop MIS reports and Power BI dashboardsAnalyze operational and project performanceTrack costs, budgets, milestones, and project timelinesPrepare DPRs and financial modelsValidate ERP data and ensure data accuracyProvide analytical insights to senior managementCoordinate with vendors, consultants, HoDs, and internal teamsKey Skills: Advanced Excel, Power BI, Financial Modelling, ERP, Business Analytics, Project Tracking & Executive Reporting.Qualification: MBA (Finance/Strategy/Analytics) IIMs preferred; Engineering graduates with relevant experience may apply.
