Business Analyst

We're looking for a functional Business Analyst to join a high-performing team delivering change across an energy/consumer environment. This role suits a BA who's strong on BA fundamentals ("BA 101"), can confidently translate business needs into clear functional outcomes, and understands compliance and regulatory considerations within the energy industry.What you'll be doingPartnering with business and delivery stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document requirementsProducing high-quality BA artefacts (as appropriate): user stories, functional specs, process maps, business rules, acceptance criteriaSupporting end-to-end delivery, including backlog refinement, workshops, UAT support and stakeholder commsApplying an understanding of Energy compliance/regulatory obligations to ensure requirements and outcomes align to standardsHelping drive clarity across scope, priorities, dependencies and risksWhat we're looking for~5 years' experience as a Business Analyst (functional BA profile)Energy sector experience (essential) and awareness of compliance/regulatory frameworks in the industryStrong BA fundamentals: structured thinking, requirement decomposition, traceability, workshop facilitationConfident communicator who can work across both business and technical audiencesIf this roles sounds of interest, please apply via the appropriate link below.
