Business Analyst

Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeJoining: Immediate / Ready to JoinAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Arabic Business Analyst with a strong background in the real estate industry to join our Dubai team.The successful candidate will work closely with real estate clients and internal development teams to understand business requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements for our technology solutions.Arabic and English proficiency is mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements from real estate clients and stakeholders.Conduct client meetings, workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.Understand and document real estate business processes and workflows.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.Create process flows, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.Work closely with Project Managers, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for system and operational improvements.Support system configuration and implementation activities.Prepare and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Validate delivered functionality against business requirements.Coordinate client feedback and clarify requirements with development teams.Assist with product demonstrations and client presentations.Support project teams throughout implementation and post-go-live activities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date business and functional documentation.Requirements3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.Mandatory real estate industry experience, preferably with real estate developers.Strong understanding of real estate sales, reservations, contracts, payments, collections, CRM, commissions, and related processes.Fluent Arabic and English.Strong requirements-gathering and business-process analysis skills.Experience working with software development teams.Ability to create functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Experience with ERP, CRM, property management, or real estate software is highly desirable.Must be currently based in the UAE and ready to join immediately or on short notice.
