Business Analyst

Looking for an experienced BA with a must have downstream oil & gas experience either in a product or business domain.Strong experience working in an Agile product/technology environment with ADO experienceDownstream oil and gas experience in product or business domain is a mustStrong requirements elicitation and documentation skills, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional requirementsAbility to work directly with business, product, engineering, architecture, and external vendors to clarify requirements and resolve gapsGood understanding of system integrations/APIs and ability to translate between business and technical stakeholdersStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsProactive ownership — able to identify dependencies, risks, gaps and required decisions without needing continuous directionAbility to take an initiative from early discovery through refinement and delivery support.
