Business Analyst

ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.Translate business needs into user stories, epics, and detailed functional specifications.Create, maintain, and prioritize product backlog.Work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.Facilitate requirement workshops, clarification sessions, and UAT activities.Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.Write SQL queries to extract and validate data for business analysis and reporting.Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and aligned with business objectives.Requirements5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.Strong experience in requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation.Proven experience creating and managing product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.Experience with data analysis, reporting, and business insights generation.Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.Good English communication skills.Nice to HaveExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI/reporting tools.Knowledge of data modeling and data warehouse concepts.Experience working with international stakeholders and Agile product teams.
