Business Analyst

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within banking, financial services, or payments.Strong experience in Corporate Banking / Payments.Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.Strong understanding of payment lifecycle and corporate banking processes.Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.Experience with BRD, FRD/FSD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, and production implementation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
