Responsibilities

Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements management for Disruption & Welfare Management solution for Airport IT. This role will work closely with Airport services, Reservations, NCC, Customer Experience and Finance to define, document, and deliver capabilities that support passenger handling during flight disruptions, including accommodation, transportation, meal vouchers, compensation, and customer communications.Mandatory Skills:Knowledge of Passenger Service Systems and Departure Control SystemsDesired Skills:Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in designing, implementing, or managing airline disruption management solutions, including passenger recovery and welfare management.
