Business Analyst – Psychiatric Health FacilityMinimum Requirement5+ years of experience gathering business requirements in a psychiatric health facility or comparable clinical/behavioral health setting.Experience with SAFe methodology in a psychiatric health facility.ResponsibilitiesGather, document, and validate business/functional requirements.Develop user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and BRDs.Facilitate stakeholder interviews and requirement-gathering sessions.Analyze processes, identify gaps, and maintain requirements traceability.Participate in SAFe ceremonies, backlog refinement, and UAT.Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, clinical, operational, and IT teams.Required SkillsStrong requirements elicitation, documentation, and process mapping.Experience with SAFe, Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office/365.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.EducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred.CBAP/PMI-PBA certification desirable.Enterprise systems experience is a plus.
