Business Analyst – Banking Experience: 7+ YearsRole Overview: We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to work closely with banking stakeholders and technology teams. The candidate should be able to understand business processes, translate requirements into clear functional specifications and support delivery from requirements through UAT.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze and document business and functional requirements.Conduct workshops and discussions with business stakeholders, product teams and technology teams.Prepare BRDs, user stories, functional specifications, process flows and acceptance criteria.Work closely with developers and QA teams to clarify requirements throughout delivery.Support UAT, business validation, defect clarification and release readiness.Identify process gaps, dependencies and opportunities for business/process improvement.Track requirements and ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions.Required Skills7+ years of Business Analysis experience.Strong banking / financial services domain experience.Excellent requirement gathering, documentation and stakeholder management skills.Experience with BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and process mapping.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery.Experience working with business and technology stakeholders.Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.Good to Have: Experience with banking products, digital channels, payments, lending, cards or related financial services areas.
