Business Analyst | ERP TransformationDallas, TX | 4 days p/w Downtown | Permanent | c.$125,000 (negotiable)I’m looking to speak with experienced Business Analysts to join a major, multi-year Tier-1 cloud-based ERP implementation with a large global organisation based in Dallas.The focus of this BA role is on business requirements, process mapping, user stories, as-is/to-be processes. You will NOT be doing any data analysis, reporting or solution design.This is a significant SaaS ERP implementation across a complex, multi-site business with 10,000+ end users, covering core areas including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Order-to-Cash and wider business operations.You’ll be joining at the start of the programme and will play a key role in shaping requirements, improving business processes and ensuring the new ERP platform delivers against both operational and strategic needs.Ideal ExperienceWe’re particularly interested in Business Analysts with experience across:Business process mapping and requirements gathering on large enterprise-wide projects.as-is, to-be state processes.ERP projects is ideal, but not essential.Enterprise systems and/or complex business process led software projects is essential.Relevant processes - Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing or Order-to-Cash processes would be ideal, but not essential.Complex, multi-site or operational organisations.Working with Systems Integrators and major technology vendors.Functional requirements, process design, UAT and business readiness.Experience within Retail, Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or another operational / multi-site environment would be particularly relevant.
