If you are passionate about translating business needs into actionable solutions and working closely with stakeholders and technical teams, we’d love to hear from you!🔍 Key ResponsibilitiesWork with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirementsTranslate business requirements into functional and technical specificationsCollaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure accurate implementationConduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact analysisSupport UAT planning, execution, and defect resolutionPrepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow diagramsAct as a bridge between business users and technical teamsWork primarily on a single large-scale banking project involving multiple data pipelines, with a strong focus on API integrations and data flow analysisEngage mainly on the banking/business domain side (not operational execution), translating regulatory and business needs into functional documentation and stakeholder-ready artifacts✅ Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Business AnalystStrong experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder managementProficiency in documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases)Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesStrong analytical, communication, and presentation skillsFamiliarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, or similarExperience in data-driven or technology-focused projects is a plus📍 Location: Mumbai candidates preferred or those willing to relocate
