Trinitium is a Strategic & Managed Service Partner for major platforms such as Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, TIBCO, RedHat, Veritas, SAP (Service Consulting), Commvault, Confluent, and Protegrity.Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Trinitium’s technology, digital transformation, and enterprise solution initiatives by bridging business needs with technical delivery. You will be responsible for gathering, analysing, documenting, and managing requirements across end-to-end project lifecycles, with a strong focus on Financial Services Industry projects such as banking, fintech, insurance, payments, lending, compliance, risk, and digital banking.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management Engage with clients, business users, internal teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and project objectives. Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, walkthroughs, and clarification discussions to ensure alignment between business and technical teams. Manage stakeholder expectations by communicating requirements, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and changes clearly throughout the project lifecycle. Requirement Gathering & Analysis Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, functional requirements, business rules, user journeys, workflows, and system interactions. Translate business needs into clear and structured documentation such as Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specification Documents, user stories, use cases, process flows, and requirement traceability matrices. Assess current state and future state processes to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, risks, and solution requirements. Financial Services Industry Support Support projects within the Financial Services Industry, including banking, fintech, insurance, digital banking, payments, lending, customer onboarding, compliance, risk, regulatory reporting, and financial operations. Understand FSI related business flows, approval processes, operational requirements, regulatory considerations, and system dependencies. Provide business analysis input to support secure, scalable, and practical technology solutions for financial services clients. Solution & Deliverables Management Work closely with project managers, solution architects, developers, QA teams, and business users to ensure requirements are accurately translated into technical deliverables. Review project deliverables, functional specifications, test scenarios, and system outputs to ensure alignment with agreed business requirements. Manage requirement changes by supporting impact analysis, documentation, prioritisation, and stakeholder approval. Documentation & Governance Prepare, maintain, and update business analysis documentation throughout the project lifecycle with proper structure, clarity, and version control. Ensure all requirements, decisions, changes, and approvals are properly documented for transparency, traceability, and governance. Support internal documentation standards and contribute to consistent delivery practices across Trinitium’s projects.

Requirements

2 to 5 years of working experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar business analysis role. Experience in the Financial Services Industry is highly preferred, particularly in banking, fintech, insurance, payments, lending, compliance, risk, digital banking, or related areas. Strong experience in end-to-end business analysis activities, including requirement gathering, documentation, process mapping, testing support, implementation, and post go live support. Good understanding of software development lifecycle and project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models. Ability to prepare clear and structured documentation such as BRD, FSD, user stories, use cases, process flows, gap analysis documents, and requirement traceability matrices. Strong analytical thinking, problem solving ability, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex information. Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical teams. Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools will be an added advantage. Foundational understanding of APIs, system integration, data flows, workflow automation, and enterprise applications will be beneficial. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Banking, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
