Location: Dubai, UAE (client site)Note: Immediate joiners preferredProject DescriptionWe're building a delivery team for a large, multi-phase enterprise Mendix programme and are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge Arabic-speaking business stakeholders and the delivery team.Role summary We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Business Analyst to gather, analyse and document requirements for Mendix web and native mobile applications on Microsoft Azure, within a large, multi-phase enterprise Mendix programme.Key responsibilitiesRun requirement workshops with Arabic-speaking client stakeholders, onsite and remote.Analyse and document business processes, as-is and to-be, including process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria.Work from an existing live platform and identify what is reused versus newly built.Define functional requirements for integrations with enterprise and government systems, working with architects and integration developers.Specify bilingual Arabic/English content, RTL layouts, forms, notifications and business rules.Maintain the requirements traceability matrix and support scope control on a fixed-scope delivery.Support QA with test scenarios, and lead or assist UAT with business users.Support go-live, data setup and post-go-live stabilisation, and prepare user and handover documentation.Key requirements5+ years in IT, with at least 3 years as a Business Analyst.Fluent Arabic and English, including business writing in both.Requirements elicitation, process modelling (BPMN or similar), user stories and acceptance criteria.Experience on enterprise web and/or mobile application projects.Experience with UAT coordination and requirements traceability.AdvantageMendix knowledge or certification (state level and certificate ID if held).Government or regulated-sector delivery.Financial, asset-management or case-management systems.Integration requirements (ESB/API-based, digital ID, e-signature).Agile/Scrum experience; CBAP, CCBA or PMI-PBA certification.Experience working in the Middle East.#hiring #BusinessAnalyst #Mendix #Azure #LowCode #Arabic #GovTech #UAE #Dubai
