We work in short cycles with clear decision points, and every recommendation must rest on evidence.The role You will find the facts, run the numbers, talk to customers and turn it all into clear material that leadership and partners can act on. You will work across several ventures and industries at once, so you will learn fast.What you will doTest venture ideas with real customers before anything is builtResearch markets, competitors and customers, and size markets.Run customer interviews and surveys, and summarize the findingsBuild financial models, unit economics and business casesPrepare memos, decks, proposals and meeting notes in English and ArabicSupport validation sprints and prepare the material for go/no-go decisionsTrack venture KPIs and keep work visible and up to dateWork with partner teams to collect data and move work forwardWhat you bringA bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering or a related field1 to 3 years of experience, or an exceptional fresh graduateStrong Excel and financial modeling skillsClear writing and presentation skills in English and ArabicStructured thinking: you can break a vague question into parts you can answerComfort with ambiguity, fast cycles and changing prioritiesOwnership: you finish what you start and flag risks earlyStrong plusExperience in consulting, venture capital, a startup or corporate strategyExposure to customer discovery or product validationWhat we offer Hands-on experience building real ventures with leading Saudi companies, responsibility early on, close work with RAYH's founders, and a clear path to Senior Business Analyst and Venture Builder.How to apply Apply through LinkedIn with your CV.
