Location: Alpharetta GASkills: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, FP&A , ERP and Financial SystemExperience: +10 yearsWe at Coforge are hiring Business Analyst with the following skill sets.Job DescriptionStrong knowledge of finance and accounting functions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Cash Management, Cash Flow, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Budgeting, Forecasting, Month-End Close, and Financial Reporting.Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and document current-state (As-Is) processes, business rules, challenges, and improvement opportunities.Strong understanding of AI and emerging technologies, with experience supporting solution implementation, organizational change management, and business value realization.Demonstrated expertise in business analysis, process mapping, requirements management, and process documentation.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage Finance, Accounting, Technology, and Leadership stakeholders.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word and PowerPoint.Should be flexible to perform additional duties of QA to ensure quality and complianceFlexible to collaborate with Globally located project as well as client teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience working as a BA on projects involving ERP and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Ariba, Coupa, or similar platforms.Experience supporting finance transformation, process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Experience identifying, assessing, and documenting opportunities for RPA, AI, and intelligent automation solutions.Project management or project delivery experience within Finance and Accounting organizations.
