This role partners with stakeholders, developers, Scrum teams, and IT staff to gather requirements, create user stories, and translate business needs into effective solutions. The ideal candidate has experience with Agile methodologies, requirements management, and stakeholder collaboration, with a focus on process improvement and successful solution delivery.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:Evaluate business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend effective solutionsGather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirementsCreate user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business documentation to support Agile development effortsCollaborate with stakeholders, Scrum Masters, developers, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutionsConduct requirements workshops, meetings, presentations, and stakeholder briefingsSupport ServiceNow application implementation, enhancement, testing, and integration activitiesParticipate in Agile ceremonies and help ensure project deliverables remain on track and aligned with business objectivesAnalyze and validate solution designs, test results, and implemented functionalityMonitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and process improvement opportunitiesWork with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and client expectationsDocument findings, recommendations, and project outcomesSupport multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentPerform additional duties and special projects as assignedRequirementsUS citizenship with Active Secret Clearance is requiredBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience2-4 years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements in an Agile environmentDemonstrated experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business requirements documentationExperience collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver software solutionsAbility to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvementsStrong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience supporting users by investigating, communicating, and resolving issuesKnowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Experience with Jira and Agile project management tools strongly preferredServiceNow experience strongly preferredExperience with data analysis, reporting, knowledge management, or data visualization tools preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced team environmentExperience eliciting requirements, validating solutions, and supporting testing activities is a plusSalary Range: $104,000 - $125,000 annually.
