In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Collaborate with healthcare, IT, and business teams to support project initiatives.Analyze healthcare workflows and recommend process improvements.Develop business process documentation, reports, and dashboards.Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.Prepare project documentation and communicate findings to stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.Experience gathering business requirements and documenting functional specifications.Knowledge of healthcare processes and data analysis.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.Knowledge of healthcare systems such as EHR/EMR.Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.Basic understanding of HIPAA compliance.Any certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus.About Aaratech Inc.Aaratech Inc. is a technology-driven organization focused on delivering innovative solutions across cybersecurity, healthcare, and enterprise domains.
