Location: Alpharetta GASkills: Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FP&A , ERP, Finance transformation, Power BI and TableauExperience: +10 yearsWe at Coforge are hiring Business Analyst with the following skill sets.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities & QualificationsStrong understanding of Finance processes across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Reconciliations, Close & Consolidation, and Management Reporting.Experience partnering with Finance leaders, SMEs, Controllers, FP&A teams, Accounting, Treasury, and Operations teams to understand business processes, pain points, controls, reporting requirements, and transformation opportunities.Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, business rules, and solution specifications.Strong process analysis skills with experience conducting current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) assessments, identifying process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for standardization, automation, and AI-enabled transformation.Experience supporting Finance transformation initiatives involving automation, workflow optimization, ERP implementations, reporting modernization, data transformation, and process digitization.Ability to work with data and reporting teams to define business metrics, KPIs, data requirements, reconciliation logic, variance analysis requirements, and management reporting needs.Strong understanding of financial controls, audit considerations, governance requirements, and the impact of process changes on accounting and financial reporting.Experience collaborating with technology teams to support solution design, testing, UAT planning, defect management, deployment readiness, and change management activities.Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to bridge Finance SMEs, Technology teams, Data teams, and executive stakeholders.Skilled in conducting workshops, process discovery sessions, requirements gathering interviews, and solution validation sessions.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on measurable business outcomes.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Finance transformation, shared services, business process reengineering, or digital transformation programs.Familiarity with automation and AI platforms such as UiPath, Power Platform, Copilot, workflow automation tools, or intelligent document processing solutions.Experience with data visualization and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

MBA, CPA, CMA, or CBAP certifications are a plus.
