This is a full-time, on-site role. The primary responsibility will be business analysis and client requirements, while the successful candidate will also take on project coordination and project management responsibilities on an ad hoc basis, depending on project needs.You will work closely with international clients and our engineering, QA, UI/UX, product and project teams across digital platforms in climate technology, carbon markets, digital MRV, climate finance, sustainability and enterprise systems.We ideally prefer candidates with 1+ year of solid Business Analyst experience. However, fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds and meaningful Business Analyst internship experience are also encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.Participate in client meetings, discovery sessions and requirements workshops.Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, workflows and acceptance criteria.Prepare process flows, AS-IS / TO-BE analyses, wireframes and supporting documentation.Work closely with engineering, QA and UI/UX teams throughout the software development lifecycle.Identify gaps, inconsistencies, dependencies and risks in requirements.Participate in solution discussions and help translate business problems into practical digital solutions.Coordinate UAT, client demonstrations, training and implementation activities.Maintain project plans, action items, decisions and follow-ups.Take on ad hoc project management responsibilities, including tracking timelines and deliverables, coordinating teams, monitoring risks and dependencies, communicating project status and supporting release planning.Follow up proactively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure commitments are completed.Support proposals, presentations and other client-facing activities where required.What We Are Looking For1+ year of relevant Business Analyst experience preferred.Fresh graduates are welcome if they have strong BA internship or practical project experience.Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability.Excellent written and spoken English.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to interact professionally with clients.Good understanding of software development and technology.Strong organisational and project coordination skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.A high level of ownership, initiative and follow-through.Ability to learn unfamiliar domains quickly.Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative on-site environment.Technical ExposureCandidates do not need to be software developers, but familiarity with areas such as APIs, databases, integrations, workflows, dashboards, cloud systems, UAT and Agile software development would be advantageous.About XeptagonXeptagon develops digital infrastructure across climate action, carbon markets, digital MRV, climate transparency, climate finance and environmental markets.Our teams work with governments, international organisations, global enterprises and leading institutions across multiple countries.
