Business AnalystTranslate business change impacts into actionable requirements and support adoptionCapture and document business change requirements across impacted channels (Loyalty, Airport Check-in, Contact Centre), ensuring alignment with the target operating model.Analyse current vs. future state processes, identifying operational gaps arising from the transition from CRIS (our legacy loyalty platform) to the target third-party platform.Support stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring business teams understand system and process changes relevant to their roles.Capture detailed user journeys ensuring seamless integration between business operations and the new platform.Support testing and readiness activities (User Acceptance Testing, System Integration Testing) by validating that business workflows and operational scenarios are correctly implemented.Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA.Bachelors degree in an IT related disciplineBusiness Analysis Certification from a recognised industry body e.g. IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
