Business Analyst

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams Analyze and document business requirements, create BRD, functional specifications, and user stories Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support Agile development processes Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies for proposed changes Support testing activities, including UAT and system integration testing Perform data analysis to provide business insights and recommendations Participate in bidding process Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field Minimum 3+ years of Business Analyst experience (must have) Strong business mindset & critical thinking (must have) Fluent in English (written and verbal) (must have) Proactive and Strong in problem-solving, and communication skills (must have) Experience in Scope Management & CR handling (must have) Familiar with documentation format: SRS, User story, BRD,...
