The Group offers inspection, testing, auditing, certification, technical assistance, and training services with a strong commitment to excellence and long‑term customer partnership.Role OverviewWe are seeking a customer-focused IT Project Manager to lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of a range of technology solutions.You will work closely with customers, business stakeholders, implementation consultants, and development teams to understand business processes and translate customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and scalable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct customer discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews.Understand customer challenges, operational workflows, compliance requirements, and business processes.Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.Perform gap analysis between customer processes and FullBridge capabilities.Recommend best-practice solutions during implementation and product discussions.Product Specification & Requirements ManagementCreate detailed Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD).Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, mock-ups, and acceptance criteria.Define product behaviour, business rules, workflows, and integration requirements.Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with customer expectations.Project & Delivery ManagementManage projects from concept through deployment.Coordinate between customers, development teams, QA teams, and implementation consultants.Monitor scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live activities.ERP & System IntegrationUnderstand ERP ecosystem concepts including:Master Data ManagementSupplier/Vendor ManagementPurchase OrdersCompliance ManagementWorkflow AutomationReporting & DashboardsWork with technical teams on API integrations.Define integration requirements and data mapping specifications.Experience5+ years of Product Management, Business Analysis, ERP Consulting, or Solution Design experience.Experience working with ERP, PLM, QMS, Compliance, or Supply Chain platforms.Proven track record managing end-to-end software product development.Experience conducting customer workshops and requirement gathering sessions.Experience managing cross-functional projects and remote teams.Exposure to SaaS platforms and cloud-based business applications.Soft SkillsStrong communication and presentation skillsCustomer-centric mindsetStructured problem-solving abilityLeadership and influencing skillsAbility to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail
